    Awesome product

This works better than expected. I got this as a gift for my dad and he hasn’t stopped taking about it since he got it a week ago. This really helps get your true yardages dialed in and automatically tracks them with each swing. After playing 5 rounds, the caddy will start recommending clubs based on yardage. This helped take any subconscious bias out of distance and club selection on straight forward shots

    My husband loves it!

I ordered this for my husbands birthday back in June. He is obsessed with it! I was a little nervous that he might not want to deal with it on the course, but it is so easy to use! He doesn’t even have to touch it during his round if he doesn’t want to. It is really cool to go back and compare rounds and see where he is improving and where he needs more work. The technology is so great and accurate. If you aren’t sure what to buy you golf loving partner, this is for sure an amazing gift!

    Great

I recently incorporated golf sensors into my game, and I must say, they have been a game-changer in improving my skills on the course! These nifty devices offer valuable insights and data that have helped me map out my hits and take my golf game to the next level. One of the most impressive features of these golf sensors is their ability to provide detailed analysis of each swing. They accurately track clubhead speed, swing path, face angle, and other essential metrics, giving me a comprehensive understanding of my swing mechanics. The real-time feedback from the golf sensors has been invaluable in identifying areas of improvement. With instant data at my fingertips, I can make necessary adjustments to my swing and work on correcting any inconsistencies. It’s like having a personal golf coach by my side, guiding me through every shot.Additionally, these sensors help me track my progress over time. I can review my previous rounds and compare my performance to see how I’ve been improving. It’s incredibly motivating to witness the positive changes in my game, and it keeps me motivated to continue honing my skills. The compatibility of these golf sensors with mobile apps makes the experience even more user-friendly. I can easily sync the data to my smartphone or tablet, allowing me to analyze my performance on a larger screen and even share my achievements with friends or golf buddies. Moreover, these sensors have added a fun and interactive element to my practice sessions. I can set targets and challenges based on the data provided, making my practice more engaging and purposeful. In conclusion, golf sensors have been a game-changer in my golf journey. Their ability to provide precise data and personalized feedback has significantly improved my game. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the ropes or a seasoned golfer aiming for refinement, these sensors are an invaluable tool to have in your golf arsenal. They have undoubtedly helped me become a better golfer and enjoy the game even more!

Huge help on my ailing golf game

Use has been so simple. Screwed Arccos sensors in end of clubs, and tell the app which club it is as you initially set up. Keeps track of all shots on course while playing, all silently in the background on my phone. But the key for me: it acts as a caddie, and suggest the shot/club. All holes on course were up to date, but the app gives you the ability to move the hole as greens keepers often do. Arccos has taken the guesswork out of my game, both on the suggested side, but also on the review of my game, shown me what clubs I just plain should give up or drastically improve. I am not a competitive golfer, seldom do I even wager for fun, I am a recreational golfer at best. However, the coaching from the Arccos system has allowed me to improve my game and confidence. Really I’m just trying to keep up n the course, and not embarrass myself, and I would suggest it for even people like me. Arccos certainly wows other people when they see it in my game. “Beats the pants off this dumb rangefinder I use” was the quote from my last foursome partner. Windspeed, temperature, altitude, humidity..Arccos considers all that in real-time, in addition to by below novice play history. After I got a few rounds under my belt, the Arccos App started spitting out more info, and considered my past play. just remarkable for this guy, and a fun ice-breaker brag device on the course or 19th hole.

My Single Biggest Golf Disappointment In Decades

The idea of bringing analytics to the average golfer is a great one. Unfortunately, this third generation item did not work properly for me. It was relatively easy to pair the fourteen sensors. I have the most current Samsung phone and the Arccos app and downloaded my golf course. When using the app with the phone in my lead front pocket, it missed shots, assigned putts that were never taken, and unilaterally jumped to subsequent holes, assigning shots to them. When on the correct hole, it completely failed to gauge the correct distance of putts. After fifteen holes, it unilaterally decided that the round was complete – telling me I shot a 67. Trying to correct its mistakes on the fly was frustrating as well, due to the counter intuitive software. The product took my concentration away from playing, and forced me babysit the app. Unfortunately, the product was such a nuisance, that I removed the sensors from my clubs – in the parking lot – right after my round. I hope that Arccos does perfect its product, and when it does, I’ll try it again. However, I was excited to improve my game with their product, but came away completely frustrated and wholly disappointed. Look at all the reviews before you make your decision. Don’t forget, after you buy the $179 sensors, you are enrolled in a fee-based program that will begin charging at least $100 per year after year one, which is included in the original purchase, and I believe the sensors only have a battery lifespan of 3 to 4 years. They cannot be changed by the user.If the Arccos product had worked as expected, I would have considered all of this, money well spent.Update October 14, 2022:I just received my September 2022 statement for the card I used to purchase this last year and find that Arccos charged me about $156 or a subscription renewal — for an item returned more than a year ago. Now I have to undo that charge. So, Arccos is the gift that just keeps giving.

Actually performs & can actually improve your game

I have to admit I was skeptical when I purchased this, they promised a lot! But I have used it now for about eight rounds of golf and there’s really nothing like it! There’s nothing that gives you completely accurate club distances from real course data it tracks your every shot automatically without you having to do anything just link it to your phone at the beginning of the round and that’s it… go through at the end of the round and double check each hole make sure that it counted all your putts because that’s really the only issue that I’ve run into. It’s tracked every shot though I have hit on the golf course it will automatically adjust if you’re hitting out of a bunker or hitting out of the rough the best part is it takes all of this data and breaks it down into very easy to understand metrics that allow you to see the things you’re doing well and also see the things that you can work on to start lowering your scores.. that is truly the best part and makes it unique.. I hope this helps

Love arccos, the screw in sensors are good but have to keep an eye on them

First up, I really love the arccos system. It makes keeping track of rounds pretty easy. I do recommend checking things after each hole just because it does occasionally miss a shot or read an extra one but it’s easy to edit and the value you get from the information is amazing when it comes to improving your game. It makes it easy to see you scores and where you things went wrong in a round. The strokes gained analysis is great for putting things in perspective too. If you are using your phone I recommend putting the phone microphone up in the pocket of your lead side. This really improves accuracy, I have effectively no misses now that I’ve started doing that. The downside of the screw in sensors in particular is they down have a tendency to get unscrewed/pulled out as you put clubs in and out of your bag. This is less of a problem on some grips, it’s a huge problem on the jumbo max ultralights to the point where I’ve thinking I’ll have to epoxy them on or something. If you use grips where you can use the embedded sensors I recommend doing that instead. Arccos sells their own and jumbomax make grips that can have them installed. They’re much more secure and you don’t have they extra nub on all your clubs. Only downside is obviously you can’t swap them easily like you can with the screw on ones and new clubs have to always be regripped or you can use a screw on one.

    Works as advertised!

So I know some people have had issues, here is my story. I have been using Golf pad app and there tags. Used them for the last 8 years no issues at all loved the app. I would say the last 6 or 7 rounds I was having issues tagging my irons almost every other shot would register. And I don’t have time to be fooling around with trying to tap my club to my phone while playing in a foursome. This lead me to Arccos. I don’t mind my phone being in my pocket because I have doing that anyways, and now not having to tap would be even better.Setting up was easy followed directions and each tag was identified and ready to go, took about 15 minutes. Downloaded the course I was going to play and was ready to go. Got to the course phone was in my left pocket(RH Golfer) took out driver and hit my tee shot took out my phone and it says Driver added. So far so good. Long story short it did this for every club. It was NEVER off and always had the right club. Same with putting. Walked up set up and putt…,no issues. The ONLY thing that changed for me is I had to tell my friends don’t knock the ball back to me on a “gimme”. I wanted to put everything out so it can record all the shots. The fact that I didn’t have to “tag” my club was a game changer for me. It picked up all my shots and putts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh as far as phone battery i have a Note 20 Ultra started the round with 100% and ended it with 63% battery . I also used my Samsung Galaxy watch 3 and it ended with 55% battery. All in all a GREAT app and very happy with my purchase.! Feel free to ask questions!

    Not worth it

I installed the sensors in my clubs and down loaded the app which was easy do to. There aren’t any instructions as what to do after that. I did go on YouTube university to learn how to use the product and there are a lot of videos as to how to use it on the course. I was tying to understand how to use it before I went to the course but did not have much success there so I just decided to go to the course and give it a run.I down loaded my course and clicked on start the round. the GUI was good as well as other data it provided, wind, temperature, etc. However,I did not know what if anything else I should do after that. I took a 3 wood out and used it do drive with. Hit my shot went to the ball pulled out the app and it really did not tell me much at the ball. Hit my second shot on the green two put out and once I was finished looked at the app. I had my score at a bogie. Not sure why.So I stoped looking at the app and it was advancing to the next hole without me doing anything. One thing I noticed after playing a few holes and looking back at the holes I played there were a lot of errors. It had the wrong clubs, wrong distances, several spots where I supposedly hit from and i did not. I also noticed if you are carrying more than one club i.e. you grab a few clubs to go hit your ball while your partner goes to his it confuses the app. You cannot take more than one club out the bag. You can’t take practice swings then change your club because it confuse the app. The shot diagram it captures after you look back with having multiple clubs out your bag and your practice swings sucks. This was my experience after the first round. I’m going to play a few more rounds and if this continues I will be returning the sensors. At this point I would not recommend. I will revise my review should my experience change after more rounds.

Good idea but have to pay for app to use which is same price as the sensors

I like the idea to put IOT sensors but having to pay for the app after 1 year for same price of sensors seem too steep. I tried to cancel but it was after the amazons return period as I just opened the box as it was bday gift. I would read the agreement on the App as without the app, the sensors are useless.

    Expected Better

The sensors are a great way to track information about your clubs but don’t rely on them to keep an accurate score. I’ve played 3 times with them now and every nine holes you’re having to add 2 to 3 strokes that it didn’t account for. Don’t expect to not have to use a scorecard and pencil. Otherwise you’re going to think you did better than you actually did.

You think it will track your shots – but it does not

I installed and set up these sensors in June of 2020 and they are now two years old. I’ve NEVER gotten the sensors to pick up all of the shots I’ve taken on a hole. Truthfully, the app was not very good either. I had several instances where two courses were located in roughly the same geographical setting and the app switched me in the middle of the round to the course I was not playing. I was using a Google Pixel smart phone and had it in my front left pocket – app started for the course I was on, and without fail, strokes are missed and putts never registered.Furthermore, if you are like me and wear two gloves, making updates to the round for penalty strokes and missed (not picked up) shots becomes a hassle, as you have to remove at least one glove to make the updates.I feel like I should give a more recent iteration of this system a shot, but given the poor performance of my sensors, I’m just not willing to go through the hassle of syncing all of my clubs again. Frankly, it is far easier to make notes on a scorecard of what happened during your round. (penalties, GIR, fairways hit, etc.)Note, I don’t fault the company for trying. It is probably a large hill to climb in terms of picking up every real swing. But I thought the results would be much better than I received. Consequently, I couldn’t in good conscience give the Arcos system a passing rating.

    Helps to improve your game

This product and app is amazing. so far I have not had to edit. Knowing the actual numbers for your clubs is great, it’s recommendations for what club to use is like magic. The ability to see the statistics for your game has already helped me identify what I need to work on and I am already shaving point off my game. WORTH EVRY PENNY!

    This is JUNK!

First let me say that I bought this system after viewing a review on YouTube by Rick Shields. He obviously only used them once or twice. When I received them, they were easy to install and I couldn’t wait to try them and get my five rounds in to get the promised information. Luckily I am retired and play 4 times a week. So in 9 days I had those 5 rounds in so I could get the information. The sensors worked most of the time even though I had my phone in my front left pocket all the time. A number of shots were missing as I always kept a card to record the round. In addition there were a couple of extra shots recorded. One of the sensors quit working and I found out about that after the first two weeks. Now the time for my money back warranty was half way used up but I liked the idea of it so I had them send me one sensor after 4 weeks. They sent the sensor and it took 10 days to receive it. By the time I received it and then went out to play with the system 6 more sensors had quit. Now I was concerned because if I had to replace sensors every time I played this was going to be a real headache and I let them know. I was all set to return the system even though I was past Amazon’s 30 day return policy which also is Arccos return policy when another sensor went out. Then I went out to play to find a ton of missing shots and I was totally frustrated. I haven’t had the will to test all the sensors once again as I know I have at least 3 out and maybe more. This might be ok for a golfer who plays twice a month and can afford to have a continuous dialog with Arccos and can continually replace sensors for who knows how long until you get fed up and go back to your gps application of choice and realize that that is your best choice (meaning The Grint or 18 Birdies or whatever).I would have given zero stars if their customer service sucked as bad as their product but that part I have no complaint with.

Sensors: from awesome to awful in 3 months

After moving to a new state the sensors are terribly inconsistent, essentially unusable.More details: I purchased a set of the sensors in August and installed them with no problems. I love the information they provided because it gives a real picture not just of how far you can hit a club but how likely you are to hit on average and the spread in distance of your shots. After using the sensors for a couple of months, I moved from Texas to NC. Since playing here the sensors are missing shots routinely. It has gotten so bad that I’ve gone back to an app on my iPhone to track shots. After communicating with Arccos tech support, I don’t see a reason for the problem. I checked the sensors with app and they all appear to be communicating with the app. I keep my iPhone in my pocket during the round so there should be no issues with the distance between the sensor and the app. I’m conscientious about keeping my clubs clean so dirt isn’t an issue. To their credit the tech support people were responsive and offered what seem like good suggestions. After exhausting their ideas, they’ve gone quiet about any final steps. I’m left hoping that maybe warm weather will reinvigorate the sensors when spring arrives.I’m more than a little disappointed as when the sensors worked, I loved the feedback they provide. I want them to work again.

I spend too much time editing shots.

Misses a lot of shots. Editing shots missed takes time, and slows play. Uses location AND Bluetooth, which can also be inconvenient. Would likely work better with smart caddie, but then you are in for over 300. IDK. I use it because it tracks my analytics when it’s functioning which makes things interesting.

Like having a coach on the course

The best golf product I have purchased to date. Data is captured by the club sensors pretty seamlessly. The data analytics are first rate. They help you understand where you are losing strokes in comparison to the golf you want to be. The insights help you focus on improvements that are truly going to lower your score. Worth every dollar you spend on it.

Get ready for sensor failure – garbage…

Product is garbage. When all the sensors are working it is a really cool system. I bought mine back in late December ‘20. The amount of times I have had all the sensor working in the 20+ rounds I played since then is maybe 5. 2 dead sensors in the box, called and these were replaced (still had to wait for a full set though). They sent more than two sensors to replace and I know why because one of those died too. Since then I have had 4 more sensors die. This isn’t a simple problem of not reading on the course, these sensors will no longer connect or read in the app when trying to do a diagnostic, re sync etc. I am a young tech savvy guy and this system is without a doubt the most frustrating and biggest waste of money I have ever spent in golf.Edit: now in late 2021. I still use the system and have had to have more sensors replaced but I am increasing to two stars because the customer service has always been really responsive and helpful getting new sensors out to me.

    Disappointed

I was really looking forward to using Arccos Caddie but after 10-15 rounds I really can’t recommend this. It’s easy enough to setup and when its working it’s pretty good. I really like the range finder and ability zoom in and get distances to hazards and other points of interest. The big problem is that it just misses too many shots and it sometimes (frequently) doesn’t advance to the next hole. I expect a few missed shots but it just happens a lot and then you spend way too much time on the course looking at your phone trying to “edit shot”. And if you don’t figured out soon enough then errors with scoring/tracking on the subsequent holes continues. You just spend too much time on your phone try to verify that things are track and fixing it if its wrong….it detracts our focus on playing the game. When tracking is working it’s great, and the range find is really good….but I don’t have any confidence that it will reliably track my shots. I will very likely not renew my subscription…..disappointed!!

    Not worth the money.

I was very excited to get these and give them a try. They are very easy to install. I was quick to realize the app doesn’t stay up to date on course changes (My course layout changed a year ago and the par 5 is still shown as a par 4 and the par 3 is shown as a par 4). On top of that, the sensors don’t really stay on the clubs all that well. I’m constantly having to screw them back in. I also bought the link so I didn’t have to worry about carrying my phone in my pocket. The link works well. The app, however, is not great at tracking every shot. I would say it misses around 5-8 shots per round. You’re better off just keeping your own stats throughout the round and putting them in an excel spreadsheet.

Just too fiddly – going back.

I play golf. I hate being on my phone when I play and this gadget demands that I look at my phone a lot. Missed shots, phantom shots, meh I just want something that works. I’m an 8 handicap and at this level, unless the thing is extremely accurate, it’s pretty worthless. People looking to improve single digits are mining for diamonds and they are so few and far between.I probably could have used this at 20 or higher..

    Decent shot tracker

The product is good at tracking shots and club selection. I found it difficult to adjust to correct club selections, often does not pick up clubs, especially putter. Use of the clip device is no more accurate that a cell phone. Have found at times, that it will pick up the wrong golf course if not checked regularly during the round. Give this product a B for purchase and use.

Great Product, I will be in line for the “Caddie Link” when it becomes available again.

Sensor worked as advertised. One bobble registering the sensors but it was easy to correct. I have completed One round and it worked great, Identifying Club and registering each shot flawlessly. Unfortunately it has rained almost every day that my group has played. Can’t wait until the good weather returns so that I can get the “Caddie” function to work which requires five full rounds. I am waiting for the Caddie Link to become available also. That seems like a great addition to the system. My plan is to leave the phone attached to the bag with addition battery connected to eliminate any battery problems with the phone. Fully charged after a 3.0 hr round my battery was down to 50% power left. ( I played alone the first round on a wet course). My typical group completes the round in 3.5 to 4 hours under good conditions. My feeling at this point battery drain will not be a problem if I leave the phone on the whole time during the round with a backup battery on my pull cart. My Phone is an IPhone 6.

Wish I could use it without my phone

After you link all your clubs and begin to play, you must keep your phone in your leading front pocket for it to recognize and track the club. This is really inconvenient – especially for women who don’t have large front pockets. I tried it on some holes in my back pocket and it didn’t recognize the club or swing. Once the phone fell out of my pocket on my swing. Since it’s cool now I put it in my jacket pocket, but that won’t work in the summer. Also, I didn’t like the weight of my phone in my jacket pocket. I heard earlier versions used a little receiver that clipped to your belt or waistband. That would be more preferable. Also, on one hole where I walked to my shot carrying 3 clubs, the unit somehow tracked me hitting all 3 clubs rather than the one that I actually used. Again, the receiver that you tap when you’re ready to use your club seems like it would prevent that.

Only worked on about 50% and doesn’t pick up chipping

Set up was relatively easy. The product just does not work. Tech savvy on a one to ten scale I am a 7. I put my phone in my front pocket the first round of use with all settings on my phone per instructions. Finished the first hole and arccos gave me a hole-in-one on a par four that I made bogey on. Tried using it the next several holes but no luck. Went home and reread the instructions and next round I removed the cover on my phone thinking that it was interfering with the microphone and this time made sure that I had the phone turned exactly as depicted on the instructions in my pocket. It worked on the first 2 holes but then totally missed the next 2 holes picked up drive and approach on 5 then did not detect my pitch shot… had my make a 403 yard drive on the next (i wish). Sometimes it seemed to be asking me whether I was playing the hole that I was clearly walking on? Bottom line is I cannot play a round of golf babysitting my arccos (making corrections continuously). The only thing I can figure is that the instructions depict the phone sticking out of the pocket which would be impossible with most regular pant pockets. Maybe the sensitivity of the mic requires it to be sticking out? I don’t know for sure but this is definitely not the system for me.

    Neat but needs work.

Got this for my fiance who recently got into golfing, and has EVERYTHING already. He was very excited to try it. Overall, he does like it, but the accuracy isn’t always the best and some holes don’t record at all. I’m hoping with time it will get better. May try the caddie, sold separately from this package.

These do not stay on brand new grips. Extremely dissapointed.

The product advertises that they are easy to put on the grips…all you do is turn the sensors into the grip. I did so on a brand new pair of cobra irons and Taylor made wedges. Furthermore, my first round using these the caddie system did not properly score my round until the following day when I received an email from Arccos telling me of their error. The biggest gripe is their response to me in regards to the complaint of the sensors. Their customer service wrote to me to use tape or crazy glue so they can stick on!! I truly could not believe it that is their solution when you speak $179.00 on their product. Shame on me I missed the return date by one say after I played a final round this past weekend and the sensors came undone again. The sensors coming undone is a true disappointment.

don’t pick up my home course

When it works it is good! But and there is always seems to be a but. First time out it would not find my course so I called CS. They said it was my phone with local services. Changed settings on my phone worked great other then missing 5 shots. Went back in and edited holes as I keep a back up score card to verify Arccos. Next time out same problem had not changed any setting since last time out. Spent more time playing with phone then playing golf. It was easy to install and pair with my phone and it does give a lot of information when you get information. Will keep trying but can’t give this a 5 star for all the problems.

    Battery life sucks

So given these parameters that if you have the conditions that you have good cellular reception nothing blocking the Archos link you might be able to get a full round of data in if you’re using the Apple Watch I find that unless you’re getting around the course in 3 1/2 hours to four hours you’re definitely not gonna get a full round of data. I’ve purchased two Apple watches to try to accomplish this and it hasn’t happened. The batteries on the sensors seem to start to fail one after another even if Archos replaces one you’re going to have the dying light bulb in fact if you didn’t change them all at the same time.

Some times the Arcos system works fairly well but most of the time I must use a backup just to get an accurate score.

    Hit or miss

I played 9 holes after I got them and they tracked my shots good. Then the next 2 full rounds I played they didn’t track anything, not even the first tee shot. When I look at my swing data it says I’m at 200+ yards with my sand wedge LOL Not so sure about these anymore.

    Close…

I really want to love this. But it doesn’t work that well with Apple Watch, and having to play with iPhone in front pocket is a non-starter. They do make a clip on for your belt; but that’s another $140. I play once a week—not sure what the extra data really gives me.

    Promises underdelivered

I had wanted the sensors and app for about 6 months and finally bought it. I was sorely disappointed. The distance reads were fine and I really like the incorporation of wind speed/direction/slope to give you the “plays like” distance, which I found extremely accurate and got me much closer to the pin than I had been getting before. But the sensors missed so many shots that I needed to spend 15 minutes reviewing and editing in order to have an accurate record. Not just putts either. And i found it early impossible to accurately add shots using a small iPhone screen. Which meant computer time later. Ultimately, it’s not worth it, sadly, until they get better hardware.

The customer support is horrible and do not meet their promisies

I purchased two set of the product to use on two separate set of golf clubs. I used one set for around two months with mixed results. At least 1/3 of the shots were not detected. I tried to relink the clubs to the sensors, but 5 sensors did not work (including the putter sensor). The system will not work without a putter sensor linked. For almost six weeks I have been creating customer support tickets and emailing the company. They would promise to send replacement sensors and close the ticket without sending the sensors.I requested that they send shipping details so that I could track the shipment and they agreed but I never received any shipment details!

    Hard to set up

Took about an hour to get set up. Do not recommend installing them on your clubs before syncing with phone. Took several tries with about 50% of the sensors to get them recognized. As I found ones that worked I had to move them to the right clubs. Hopefully they will work as advertised when on the course. Unfortunately requires 90 holes to unlock the stats function. So for the weekend golfers, if it doesn’t work, you will have exceeded your return window by the time you figure that out.UPDATE: Have used for many rounds, catches about half of the strokes, which makes the caddie function useless. Very dissatisfied with the produce that has all the hype. do not recommend purchasing. In top of that disappointment, arcos is impossible to reach to cancel subscription, and got charged for an additional year. Had to cancel my credit card to prevent them from charging again.

    Extremely inconsistent.

Unimpressed due to receiving the product and only three of the fourteen sensors were able to be synced to clubs. Company sent replacements with no hassle, but lost multiple rounds of data due to the issue. Now that they are operable, I have played three rounds with them and have multiple missed shots and it is not easy to adjust shot locations during a round.I wanted an effortless management system and this requires me to frequently double check that shots have been detected.I would be returning these if the return window with Amazon had not passed. Frustrated because the deadline passed despite not receiving an operable product.

I love Arccos. It really lets you “Monday morning quarterback” your game.

I had high hopes for this, and they were exceeded. Besides the GPS ability that it gives you, after playing 5 rounds with it ARCCOS will tell you which club you should play on each hole of the golf course. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice idea but DOES NOT WORK

Went on and paired easy but… There is so much in play editing I wound up fighting this thing instead of having fun. They also have a fee of over 150 a year to keep them working..Sales pitch is great but the tech is just not reliable and the edits are too difficult. Save your money..my opinion opinion

    GIFT

The person to whom i gifted the ARCCOS …requested I return them along with the insurance policy. After spending several hoursinstalling and activating he felt the product description and subsequent “membership “were not the best for the money . He is very tech savvy so I was surprised bc he loves golf and gadgets . Difficult to give a star rating bc I only ordered them

You must pay for a subscription for this product – this was not mentioned in advance of purchase.

There was no mention in the description that you need to pay for an annual subscription in order to use this product. I would return it but I didn’t try to set it up until 1 month after purchase so it is now too late to return it. I will not be using it.

Not a reliable product and very poor service

While I liked the way the sensors worked using my phone, unfortunately, only 3 months later I noticed that the app was missing some shots. It took me a while to understand that 4 sensors had stopped working as I assumed that the sensors were meant to last about 2 years. As a result, I could basically not use my data from that point. But worse than this is that after a month of having submitted the request for replacement sensors I have not even received a communication from Arccos on the status of my request. So basically, these are highly-priced sensors that require the payment of a high fee to use them. However, the product/service does not seem to match that high price. I’m switching to another alternative.

    Wasn’t very accurate

I love the idea but I don’t think it’s accurate. I had trouble with the putting and it would register a shot if my clubs bang together. I don’t think they are a good fit for my golf game
