This is such a great product, even I’m astonished!
Belkin did well here. The plastic feels high end and solid. Not brittle. The power cord is heavy-duty. I love the discrete profile and the muted, sophisticated color scheme. The unit is heavy and balanced enough to lay flat on the floor. If it were possible, I would say this surge protector elevates my entire home office aesthetic. Was it a surprise to pay $20-$30 for a surge protector? Yes. Will I be solely sourcing surge protectors from Belkin in the future? If they keep this build quality, yes. And my charging cords for phones. And any other technology accessory I need in the future. I’m done with cheap (removed for polite company). Done. Finished. Ended. I’m cutting out the trash this year.I didn’t know I could trust a brand again. I bought a couple of phone charging cables a week ago, and I was shocked by the quality. Now this, too? Again, the quality for price is astonishing, given that there are trash “brands” being pushed to the top of this site’s search result that have bad reviews on professional-facing websites (I checked). I had to really hunt for BELKIN on this site, but I’ll continue to do this. Peace of mind is priceless, and I can already tell I’ve prevented hours of frustration with this purchase.Especially as a woman, I cannot recommend Belkin highly enough to other women looking for a brand to trust. I can’t verify the interior wiring, but I’m judging this book by its cover. Buy once, cry once. Buy Belkin.

Protected all equipment during major localized (2 block) power surge, great product!
This surge protector/power strip is built so well, I’ve bought them multiple times, and trust thousands of dollars of computer equipment to be protected by it. You get what you pay for, and this is a quality piece of equipment. Good amount and orientation of plugs and a beefy cable to connect it your wall power outlet adds up to product I would trust with my gaming gear, and I take tech seriously. We had a major power outage and surge event and it protected my brand new gaming laptop, tower PC, and all the powered peripherals without issue. If you have sensitive equipment, this is one of the products I would trust whole-heartedly. Buy this!

Surge into Style and Security with Belkin – A Trustworthy Tech Choice! ⚡🛡️💃
TLDR: Belkin surge protector: premium feel, sophisticated look, worth the price. ⚡🔌🌟Belkin really hit it out of the park with this surge protector. The moment I laid hands on it, I could tell – this wasn’t your average, flimsy gadget. The plastic? It’s like the luxury sedan of plastics – solid, not a hint of brittleness. 🚗💎Then there’s the power cord. We’re talking heavy-duty, like it could tow a small car if needed. And the design? Oh, it’s like the little black dress of surge protectors – discreet, elegant, sporting a color scheme that whispers sophistication. 🖤👗It’s got weight to it, too. It sits on my floor with the poise of a zen master, perfectly balanced and unobtrusive. You know something’s good when it not only does its job but also elevates your space’s vibe. This surge protector could easily be featured in a home office decor magazine.Sure, forking out $20-$30 for a surge protector had me raising an eyebrow at first. But now, I’m sold. Belkin’s gonna be my go-to for surge protectors, phone charging cables, and really, any tech accessory I might need. I’m officially done with the bargain bin blues. ✋💥The trust factor? Sky-high. After being impressed by some Belkin charging cables, this surge protector sealed the deal. The quality-to-price ratio is simply off the charts, especially compared to some other brands floating around the web.For my fellow ladies out there, I can’t recommend Belkin enough. I may not be an electrician verifying wiring, but sometimes, judging a book by its cover works out. With Belkin, it’s a case of ‘buy once, cry once.’ Quality and peace of mind? Absolutely priceless.

Great for office area where there are a lot oflcords a
I ordered tyhis as replacement for one that was 18-20 years old. It had badary backup which this one does notbut iit has ;more outlets and the cord straps would work well sin some situations. will probably use when I plug in shrt tgerm items. It handsles my desktop and printer. As well has multiple charging cords. I have cochlear impolants so there are so my things to maintain charge on. I like its low siohette and that it has 6 large outlets and 5 ones for smaller cords down the cent. I think it is a good design and usefull product. The package came unwrapped and the box was opened-It had not bee taped shust. Nothing was missing. Part of Amazon saving on shippisng.

Finally no high pitched noise
Item review: Excellent, fits 11 of my 12 electronic devices in one. One does not fit because it’s a very wide Amazon smart plug and I’ve already plugged in several oddly sized plug ins and ran out of space for one more. But the best part is I can no longer hear a high pitched whine from a power strip!!! I was so tired of the noise drilling into my head from the cheap ($12) power strips I’ve been buying for years and it’s amazing to have relief! This is day one, so I’m not sure if they’ll deteriorate over time and make noise, but I’m cautiously optimistic! I plan to treat them gently, no drops or whacks, to prevent internal issues that may or may not cause them to start whining.Packing/warehouse review: 3 stars because I purchased the 3-pack ($22.50 each instead of $25 each when sold separately) three times but received a single power strip twice. I called Amazon customer service between the second and third order and finally the 3-pack arrived. Still have to return one of the singles via UPS though. Nice that they’re letting me keep one for the inconvenience!

Very nice
Looking to protect new TV and related equipment. Dish guy said to get rid of the older power strips I had …they were a fire hazard. I ordered 2 of these, one for each room, and tossed the older ones. These work great and have a nice long cord. I should note they have coax cable protection also…but the Dish people told e not to use them, the DISH cable had to go straight to the box. They said just to make sure the receiver was plugged into the 110 V strip and all was good.

Solid and versatile protection
I live in an area where lightning strikes are common and the power grid has lots of blinks and blips. I wanted the best protection I could get short of spending big money on a UPS and this unit has about the highest rating (in Joules) of any. So far this has not taken a major hit, but for all the blinks and flashes in our power, none of my electronics has suffered any issues. I highly recommend this as good insurance and a low price to pay when you have several thousand $$$ plugged in to it.

So much power
I have so much stuff plugged into this baby, and the built-in wire management helps to mitigate any unsightly mess. I have it zip-tied to the underside of my computer desk, so it’s easily accessible from the back (thankfully, I’m not against a wall) and powers everything computer related, from my monitor to my speakers to external hard drives and phone chargers). I actually bought another because I was so pleased with this one, and it’s one of those products that will probably never become outdated or need replaced (although I probably jinxed it just now). Belkin makes quality products, and I’d purchase products from them again (if I ever had to).

really nice, better looking than my old one
this is a nice extension cord/surge protector for my pc, my only gripe about it is the power button for it, is on the side/back rather than on top, makes it easier for the cord or cords that go behind it to press it off/on. if the button were in a less inconvenient spot like that it’d be 5 stars.

Belkin Power Strip Surge Protector
Replaced a Monster surge protector that began to buzz loudly after several years of use with this Belkin surge protector. The 3,940 Joule rating was recommended for our large flat screen TV and sound bar. The higher the number the better protection for your devices. Receptacles are widely spaced and allows you to plug in several different size plugs. The 8 foot long cord takes the guess work out of buying the right length for most applications. Same price as the No Name ones available at Walmart and with a much better reputation. Would buy again and recommend to others.

Saved my electronics! You wont bre disappointed.
I recently had a power surge in my area and I am so grateful that I had the Belkin Power Strip Surge Protector. This product truly lives up to its reputation. With its 8′ long cord, flat plug, and 12 AC outlets, it provided ample space for all my devices to be protected. Despite the unexpected surge, everything plugged into this power strip remained unharmed. I highly recommend the Belkin Power Strip Surge Protector for anyone looking for reliable protection for their valuable electronics.

Best surge protector I’ve found
I was replacing the older version of this model (the one without the outlets down the middle) due to expanding and rearranging my desk. My old one still works over 10 years later and was just repurposed (to the other side of the desk lol). All of my bulky power bricks fit great on the large spacing slots without interfering with the standard spacing ones and each other. I’ll definitely be getting this again if/when I need another one.

Never understood the coax connectors
It’s a surge suppressor that has decent specs regarding its joules rating.Never understood these things having coax connectors. I mean, I get that surges can come in over coax cables, but how often does that happen, really? Feels like marketing hooey and I’ve never hooked this up to my coax. And with cord-cutting, many don’t even have coax anymore? Time to update this tired design.

My Go-To Power Strip
I’ve been buying these for years. Any time I need a power strip, this is immediately the one I go for. They’re very sturdy, and I’ve never had an issue with any of my devices plugged into them. They also have a bunch of different plugs in different orientations, which makes it easy to plug in lots of large and oddly shaped power adapters. The only issues this power strip has are that it’s pretty bulky, and that the plug end that goes into the wall is always oriented to the right. So, if you’re using it primarily to the left of your outlet, you do lose a little bit of cord length. Luckily it’s a pretty thick cord, so you don’t really have to worry much about bending it.Overall, a very solid and safe option for a power strip. I plug all sorts of electronics into them all the time with no worries 🙂

Lots of room for power blocks
I like that it has lots of room for power blocks. I’ve used other Belkin surge protectors in the past and one did save my equipment. And many years ago one failed and Belkin did pay to replace the TV. I’ve been using them since and replace every few years.

Great Power Strip With A Nice Long Cord.
I have purchased several of these per strips. There are plenty of outlets complete with some of them spaced wider apart to accommodate power adapters. The extra long cord is a huge added bonus. It gives you plenty of length so you can tuck the power strip under a piece of furniture. I will certainly buy more of these units.

Top Quality from Belkin
I’ve been using these surge protectors for years. Always been a big fan due to design, I recently had an overload situation at home due to two high watt devices on the same circuit and realized it was time to upgrade a few of these as well.I’ve spent most of my career in IT and I would recommend these to anyone looking for solid joule protection and good functionality.Folks, surge protectors die. It happens and most times they save your stuff. I’ve seen some one stars cause someone plugged a ps5 and a space heater into one. Please don’t plug space heaters into a surge protector, it says it on the sticker. But also mind high voltage items and placement,

Product Failed twice – Belkin customer service failed a third time
I’m not a huge review writer, but this product and the support provided by Belkin warrants some comments.I originally purchased this around February 2012. The product failed within the first 30 days while being hooked up to my computer and a TV. There was no smoke or surge – it simply shut off and never turned on again. No fuses tripped within my home… something apparently just shorted out inside the unit.I did a simple exchange with amazon and received unit #2. This one worked until this week when the same thing happened. Powers down and never provides power again. I know amazon no longer will be able to aid me in the process but I know there is also a manufacture warranty.I visit Belkin.com and find the warranty page. They have a process similar to Amazon which allows them to ship you the new product, then you return the defective one to them once the new one is received. I’m thinking this is great… nice and easy like amazon. So I type in the model number (BE-112234-10), select defective product, and click next. At this point it wants my shipping and billing information. I understand they will want they billing details as they need to have someone to charge in the event I do not return the product.. okay, no problem. So far there has been no mention about how shipping charges are covered (both return shipping and new product shipping). This is obviously a huge part of the equation for a $25.00 product and I assume it will be covered eventually once they provide some actual dollar figures about what I will be charged if I don’t return the bad one. So I click next after filling in my shipping/billing details… and… Surprise! You have been charged $64.99+ tax for a total of $69.80. It allows me to print a shipping label which is basically just their address and nothing is prepaid. So now I am annoyed. They have charged me $70 dollars and I have to pay to ship the item back. They couldn’t highlight EITHER of those two points before charging me?So I check my email for an order number so I can contact them to get this straightened out. No email. Fantastic. No record of a transaction except them telling me I’m getting charged. So I contact CitiBank (my credit card) to notify them of a probable dispute at this point… and they tell me the actual charge was $80.30. So not only did Belkin deceptively charge my credit card but they charged it for more than the stated amount. I am assuming the extra is for the shipping to send me the new one. So they want me to pay $10 dollars to ship the product to them, $10 dollars to ship me a new one… wait… the math is starting to fail here. This product varies from $18 to $25 here on Amazon.Anyway, short version: product failed twice (which to me warrants the one star review alone), Belkin customer service then provides the trifecta of failure. I’d buy a new one from amazon but at this point I don’t really want to give Belkin even a dollar.**Review update 1 month later -After my initial issue, I emailed Belkin support to notify them of the issue and request the order cancelled. Five days later I received a response that appeared to be written by an actual person (versus an automated reply) that stated”Thank you for contacting Belkin Technical Support. In response to your query, I understand that you have experienced issues while filling the replacement form, you have been charged $69.80 for the replacement and $20 for the shipment.I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I will certainly help you with this.It seems that you have been charged $20.00 for shipment and you haven’t received about the status of your order. I do understand how you feel from your end. Please call our customer support department during business hours”So that was great. I try to call their customer service. Excessive hold times killed my lunch hour so I give up and instead notify UPS that I am refusing delivery of the package. So they reroute the shipment back to Belkin. I assume all is well – until today… a month later.. They charged me again. No words. I never received anything and tracking shows it was returned to their docks almost a month ago, yet they charge me. How is this a major company.

RFI disappeared from my amps!
I was looking for something that would reduce the RFI on my amps. I would hear radio stations on every amp I owned. I put those ferrite beads on all the cords in different positions – no joy.But I got this and plugged the amps into it – oh the joy! NO radio noise whatsoever.I plugged in my noisy pedal box which is many years old, which always gets radio noise, and there was a tiny bit that came through. But before this power strip, I could’ve listened to talk and music all day long on whatever radio station that was coming through.People said the dust covers were hard to move – that’s a highly individual thing apparently as I had no problem with them.

Grateful for this brand
This is the best brand I’ve found and I’m grateful to have easy access on Amazon. It’s top in safety, has enough outlets, and is the sleekest appearance I’ve found. I wish it could accommodate my phone, but no dings for that. This size is awkward and more bulky than expected and screams for attention under my side table! It’s great for behind the entertainment center. The ding is for some outlets being unusable because they are so difficult to plug into. I like the smaller model by this brand much better.

Why I gave it 4 stars, you ask?
Well, I got 2 of them. In separate orders, btw. The first one, the outlet covers, half work, half don’t. So, if covering the outlet wholes is important to you, you might luck out, and get a good one, or not. The second one, I didn’t even check because what I was using, it covered all the outlets with just one item.I love that it lets me know if the wall outlet is not grounded.I kept both.

Really good value, design could be a bit better
Good value for what it does. Only gripe is that the labels for the Ethernet and Coax ports (the labels telling you which ones are for for plugging the source IN) are covered by the cord manager. You have to bend the cord manager up to see the words underneath it, lol.I tried to remove the cord manager to get a good look, but couldn’t. I’m not sure how to remove this thing without breaking it. The design isn’t one I’ve seen before…

Saved me tons of $$$, survived a lightning strike and a flood!
I originally bought this when going off to college, specifically for the adaptability and low profile and the 4 kJ surge protection rating, plenty for a lightning strike. Boy was I wise! This thing finally died, 3 years later, after a total lightning strike and an accidental flooding due to an aquarium. It literally was dripping water and was completely submerged for multiple days, and still did not die. Finally, when it did die, the surge protector popped as designed and nullified the product, saving easily a thousand $$$ in electronics. I had my entire computer set up and aquarium set up all plugged into this. Just bought another for myself and two for my brother and his wife. I could not recommend this more, please spend the $25 now and potentially save a thousand like I did!!!

Best Power Strips Ever
I’ve purchased probably close to 15 of these surge protectors between work and personal life. The plug sits flat on the wall and at an angle so furniture fit flat against it and it doesn’t block the second outlet. The strip itself has plenty of outlets spaced well apart so it fits plugs of all size. Lastly it’s low profile so it will fit under lots of furniture. All around great surge protectors.

A good buy
Had these a few months now, bought them for literally everything in the house, appliances, tv, security system etc. I like that they have many plug outlets, and long cord. I recommend, totally worth protecting the things in your home, before buying I had a security system, a fridge, and a tv all blow up due to power surges. I live in Caribbean, substandard electricity here and substandard electricians. This is working so far

solid surge protector
I have purchased this surge protector two times now, and I am very pleased with the quality for the price. I like the design and cable management clips. Easy to connect multiple large cables and the wall plug goes out sideways to be more flush with the wall. Great design
Cord is long enough that I don’t have to worry about where the nearest outlet is. The plug-in surface is big enough that I can use every single plug by judiciously placing the transformer blocks using the plugs oriented to the sides. Built-in cord or organizer is clutch, and I didn’t even consider or factor it in when picking this power strip/surge protector.

Six outlets spaced nicely apart to accommodate large power adaptors with 5 down the center for regular sized plugs, slim design. Exactly what I was looking for.
