Great deal!
Like many other reviewers, we weren’t sure this would emit enough light – it offers plenty of useful light for our smaller front porch, and has the right aesthetic vibe for this house. I installed it on my own (I’m a woman who’s over the 60-yeard-line) and was able to drive by the front of our house to surprise my husband. : )

Nice Finish for Inexpensive Sconce
The finish on these was nicer than I expected. They are a little flimsy, but that could work to your advantage if they sag a little after you install them (just bend them back up). Install was as simple as any other coach light. Just be careful when changing/adding the lamp, as the entire glass sleeve comes sliding down when you remove the bottom.

Beautiful Contemporary Fixtures
These are metal and feel very sturdy, they were also pretty easy to install. They look pretty when lit. The only thing I wish was different is that they don’t cast much light, and it all is directed straight down.

Beautiful, decorator-quality light fixture at a fraction of the price
Love the sleek, clean look for this fixture. We looked forever to find something simple, elegant and not too expensive. The crackled glass is a nice decorative touch that’s subtle but pretty. Best of all, my husband was able to install this fixture himself in under 30 minutes. (Wiring was already in place.) Great outdoor light option!

Looks good, dimmable, good amount of light
Exactly as described. Worked fine with my existing dimming switch. Seems sturdy and easy to install. I installed it inside as a sconce. I would have preferred it to be white but like it and would recommend.It can be pretty bright but with the dimming capability that is not a problem.

Modern looking lighting rusted after a year had to replace.
EDIT 11/2020After just over a year we’ve had to replace all 4. Totally rusted and the glass was cloudy. Two were under cover and not in direct sunlight so I expected them to hold up better.Would not recommend even though I liked the style and price.Bought these for our front porch. Look great but the brackets to hang them were 1/2” too short so when you screw them in from the side to tighten them, it bends the frame. Made a work around with some wooden shims that don’t show. Overall pleased though.About 3 weeks after we hung them we noticed that the screws on the sides were rusting. Not great if you have these out in humid or rainy conditions. Hoping they will hold up over the winter.

Great Until One Needs To Change a Bulb
I guess the designers never think about the practical side of owning their product. To change a bulb requires removing three tiny screws on the bottom plate, then watch out the glass cylinder is loose and will fall out and break if your not careful. Now the new bulb is in and to put this back together you must hold the bottom plate and glass cylinder in place while trying to line up the holes and start the tiny screws which are difficult to start, poorly cut threading holes are very stiff. I don’t know many people that can do this and would suggest using some masking tape to hold the bottom while trying to reassemble. This light looks good but changing a bulb shouldn’t require this much effort.

Not Dimmable
I like the look of these Sconces I bought 5 of them, but they are not dimmable as stated . I have used three different dimmers and these Sconces buzz none stop, I will probably need to trash them and find a replacement.

I installed these sconces to replace lantern style ones on the exterior of my house.. They were mostly easy to install but because of how they mount (screws to the bracket from the side rather than front), I had a difficult time installing one due to its proximity to some window trim. Not their fault but took some planning and modification on my part.Really impressed, these are a great value and create a ton of white light due to the LED bulbs. I bought 4 so far and will likely buy more when I have time to do the backyard. Recommended.

Does not last!
These are great if you want to replace your fixtures every couple of years. I only purchased this type of light because of the 50,000 hour lifespan. Knowing there is no replaceable bulb, this was an acceptable amount of time before replacement. Well, one burned out at 10,000 hours. Now I have to replace the entire fixture. 2 since they’re a matching pair on the porch. I contacted GLOBE ELECTRIC and they sent a one sentence response that unfortunately there is only a one year warranty. Nothing else.

Very good buy.
Great value. Easy to install. My only exception to it fulfilling ALL my expectations is the warmth factor…the led is very bright, which is perfectly fine, however the only warmth it illuminates comes from the reflection off the amber glass. The led itself, is in fact, pretty cool in color. Nothing that would cause me to take it down and return it but, it is worth mentioning. Overall I really do like it and would recommend buying it👍🏻

Loved these lights. I ordered 3 of them for my house. Went outside one morning and the glass from a light must have came unscrewed and shattered. I emailed manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement glass and unfortunately they dont sell those. So now I’m stuck with this light without the pretty glass.

I like it
nice lamp, i like the style. it’s not the best construction, but it looks good. the only thing that i dont like is the way the bottom comes out to change the light bulb, and the whole glass comes with it. so you have to be careful when you change the light bulb no to brake the glass.

It pays to shop comparatively
Like mattresses, similar design with different brand names carried by different vendors have different prices. Luckily we found the exact same looking sconce cheaper here. Packaging protected the sconces well. All the parts were there. Installation was straight forward. When the night fell, we were pleasantly surprised by the flood light – warm yet plenty bright. Highly recommend!

Great light at an amazing price.
My house didn’t have any lights originally installed on the garage and I had been searching for something I thought would look good. I came across these lights on another site for nearly double the price. After some quick searching found them in here. They look great and put out the right amount of light I was looking for. The second picture they look whiter, but they put out a warm color temp.

Light hue is just right for nighttime
This exterior light is well built but not too heavy to install. I bought two. The light is a wonderful hue of slightly yellow light making it look like incandescent rather than LED. i like that very much and try to steer clear of LED that is blue-white. The lights look upscale and natural on my house. The light spills over about a 8×8 ft space underneath and does not shine upward at all. Please note that the LED lights are a tiny ring and are imbedded in the light fixture not able to be replaced. The number of hours they are supposed to last is years’ worth but at t grit demise a new light fixture will need to installed. 10-15 years from now I may be cursing my decision but until then I am very content with my decision to go with these very affordable good looking highly functional lights.

Great Light… for the money.
The good. The light is metal, the light has real glass, the base had a lot of space to mount a dusk to dawn sensor. The bad – The installation was difficult because of the way the pancake box was mounted (on the surface instead of recessed), which removed a lot of space from the light and initially forced the light to sit elevated away from the wall. Using PVC common board, I made a backer plate which took care of that. No fault on the light at all. The Ugly – while the light looks good, the construction has the light hanging off of 1/4″ threaded rod with a square tube surround. This causes the light to sag a little and over time the problem will be more pronounced – despite the steel plate installed in base. The weight of the glass and steel lantern is more than this particular mount can withstand. To resolve the problem, I used PVC common board cut to width of the base and distance from aforementioned backer plate so that the sag of the light rests on the backer plate and brace. This works perfectly – It looks good. If I had to do this again, I would have used 1/4″ square tube and braced the light through the grill to ensure an even standoff, but it was snowing – I was cold – it needed to get done. All is right with the world once again! Thank you.

Low profile
Taller people kept hitting their head on our porch light as they backed up from the door. I finally decided to help them out and replace that light with a low profile light that didn’t stick out very far. Now, their shoulder will hit the wall prior to their head hitting the lamp which is exactly what I wanted. I made a small modification and added a motion sensor to it. There was plenty of room within the casing for the motion sensor and it was an easy install.

Looks Great on outside. Inside not so much. Great price
Looked great from outside. Perfect sitze for our deck. But it’s ugly underneath. Design issue. Visible screws and clear bulb glass that shows electrical innards. They should have added opaque plastic cap underneath and increased the price by a couple of dollars. Or counter sunk the screws (or used rivet types). Maybe in their next design upgrade? Or added added little plastic caps to snap onto the screws,, and made the bulb glass frosted. Maybe ok if light is placed high up, but It was going to be just above a door and I didn’t want to look at that. Looks industrial. Sadly Had to return. price was excellent.

I have these lights installed for about 2 years now.They look modern and light pattern on the wall looks really cool. They were super easy to install.The problem I have with these lights is that over time the metal part of the light, on the lights exposed to Sun visibly change appearance. The brown is dull and much lighter on the affected lights. The lights is not UV resistant and will change appearance over time when exposed to Sun.Other t

Excellent architectural accent light
My target product was an LED wall pack that would compliment the cedar siding on my window wall and provide enough ambient light that I can watch the snowfall at night in the winter. Almost all the LED wall packs on Amazon are the same old ubiquitous cylindrical or square up-down lights, which is why I was excited to see these. The bronze glass really fits the mid-century style of my house and the price is unbeatable. The only down side is the mounting solution is a bit janky. There’s a metal crosspiece that mounts to the junction box which then has two 90 degree bends that stick out and mount to the side of the fixture, meaning that the fixture itself doesn’t attach directly to the J-box so you can’t get it super tight against the wall. It’s not a huge issue, just make sure you have clear caulk on hand when you install them.

Great Porch Light/Sconce
I bought one, installed it and liked it so much, I bought a second one for my other porch light/sconce. I also purchased LED bug lights with photo sensor. They turn on at dusk and off at dawn. The one precaution, as other raters have noted, is the need for a couple of extra hands when replacing the bulb. There are four little nuts that need to be screwed on to hold the bottom and the glass in place. This is difficult to do when the sconce is installed on the wall, as it is hard to hold the glass in place and attach the nuts with only two hands. On the second unit, I installed the bulb and reassembled the glass and bottom before installing the sconce on the wall. This made it a lot easier, but when I have to replace a bulb, four hands will be needed.

Cute modern light
This is a really cute modern light fixture for outside your front door. It was pretty easy to install for a novice, and if you’ve installs light fixtures before then I would say it was very easy to install. Multiple neighbors of ours all have this same fixture.

The LED ring comes out the bottom so if looking up (kids) can damage the eyes. A simple frosted pice of glass would fix this but as it is I returned it. Sorry guys
