I got this to replace one of our metal bowls for our cats. While it seemed pricey I decided to order one to see what it was like. The bowl is a nice thickness. It is heavy enough not to be moved easily by the cats but not so heavy that it is difficult to lift (I have no upper body strength). The non-skid bottom also helps prevent the cats from pushing it across the kitchen. I will be buying more of these.

I have three cats, one of them has always had a problem with his water dish. No matter what dish we use, he always drags it along the floor and tips it over so the water spills out all over the floor. I bought the two large teal bowls. It fits a ton of dry food and enough water to last the day. The best part is, my problem cat hasn’t found a way to spill it! No more water messes and they are beautiful!

One of our cats likes to drag the water bowl around. A reviewer of this product who also has a cat who likes to do this said their cat was *not* able to drag this bowl around. This has largely been true. He can still pull it a little, but it’s nothing like it was with other bowls! The rubber on the bottom keeps him from taking it far. Style-wise, even though the design motif features a paw print, you hardly notice it. It’s subtle, and I like that. I got the small dark blue bowl, and it’s very attractive. I also love that it’s ceramic and not plastic. I’m very pleased with this product!

I have purchased other dogs bowls that claim they are non-slip only to find my poor dogs chasing them all over the kitchen floor as they try to eat. These stay wherever I place them. If you don’t want the non-slip silicone ring, you can pop it off. Most non-slip bowls aren’t microwaveable, which is a hassle since I usually refrigerate what they don’t finish. It meant having to put the cold food into another container that was microwave safe, warm the food, and put back into the dog bowl. Now it’s a quick process, just pop the bowl into the microwave, warm the food, and serve. Attractive as well. Not everyone wants bowls with cutesy doggie motifs.

I want glass or ceramic dishes because they’re the best for getting really clean. You wouldn’t eat off dirty dishes all week, would you? So the dogs’ dishes need to be cleaned regularly and well. Ceramic cleans up better than plastic or metal.I replaced my mismatched collection of dishes for my Wild Ones with these bowls. Previously I had some nice ceramic dishes with non-skid rings on the underside, but I eventually broke a couple and just used various dishes and ramikins. These new bowls are not as wide as the old ones but they’re a little deeper, which keeps more kibble in the dish. They have a wide silicone sleeve which keeps the dish from sliding but also protects the bottom rim (which is where I broke the others). This sleeve can also be removed for cleaning. As an added bonus, they kinda match the new food rugs. I prefer these cotton rugs to plastic food mats because they don’t slide and are simple to throw in the washer to clean them up, too.

I got this bowl for water for my two cats about 2 weeks ago along with a set of 0.75 cup bowls for their food. I will say the bowl was slightly smaller then I thought it would be. It still works well and they do not run out of water I just wouldn’t have to be as careful filling it if there was more room. I wish it was maybe a 2 cup size instead. The 3 cup bowl would have been too large for my needs. I like that it has the no-skid rim around the bottom. It really helps to keep the bowl in place and prevent messes. Love that I can throw it in the dishwasher and not worry about it. Seem like the ceramic is sturdy and will not chip easily like others. Plus the design is pretty and goes with anything. Worked so well I bought another set in a different design for rotation.

This is a nice sturdy set of dog bowls. We bought the “medium” set last year and were disappointed by what the company considers medium. The large size is about 7.5″ in diameter and 1.75″ deep. We are using them for our 42 lb. hound, and they are plenty big for her, whereas the medium size were a little too small at 5.75″ diameter and 1.5″ deep. We’ve passed the medium set down to our new 20 lb. “chihuabrador” – arf!The design looks good and has not shown any signs of wear on the set we have had for a year. We use mats underneath our dog bowls to soak up water dribbles, so we don’t take full advantage of the non-skid silicone rings on the bottom. If you do place the bowls on a hard surface, they won’t be going anywhere, and the ring also helps take the worry out of chipping one of the bowls if you set them down a little too hard on tile. The bowls are shipped tightly packed in styrofoam in a sturdy box.

I use this for my dog’s powder supplement. It keeps everything air tight and looks great on my kitchen counter. Also, it is large enough that I can keep a few week’s worth of supplement in there AND a 1 TBSP measuring spoon that is now the dedicated “dog supplement measuring spoon” and still close the jar. I had purchased a smaller jar, but it wouldn’t work as the spoon could not fit. This has been a great solution to this problem!

We brought home two kittens about 3 weeks ago and these are the bowls we purchased for their use. Since we live in a very small, open space I wanted bowls that were attractive and not “cute”. These are very nicely made as well as aesthetically pleasing. They are wide and more shallow (6″ by 2″) so both kitties can eat and drink out of the same bowl at the same time – which is what they usually do. I love the rubber bottom since they really don’t move which is fantastic. With both of our little guys being a bit rambunctious and bumping the bowls a lot, the water doesn’t spill out since the bowls don’t scoot about. I do have a small rubber mat below the bowls as extra protection on our hardwood floors and those two items have been fantastic. The ceramic washes up well.Looking forward to having these for years to come. Great purchase!

We bought these as water bowls for our two pit bulls. The medium is the perfect size for a larger breed to just have enough water in their crate. I didn’t want anything oversized so that they over drink and have to pee often. The bowls have a really cute print that is true to the advertised picture and they seem very sturdy. If you have a larger breed and want this for food purposes, definitely grab the larger bowl. Would definitely recommend!
